【MSE+ワイヤー矯正　症例】
MSE （インプラントアンカー）&ワイヤーにて矯正しました。

左上2（写真右側○印）の萌出スペースが不足し、埋伏していました。
MSEを使用すると萌出が開始し、その後ワイヤーにて牽引を行い、無事にすべての歯を並べることができました。

骨格を治療することの意義・可能性を、改めて強く実感した症例です。

【MSE + Wire Orthodontics Case】
This case was treated using MSE (with implant anchors) combined with wire orthodontics.

The upper left lateral incisor (circled on the right side of the photo) had been impacted due to insufficient eruption space.
After using the MSE, eruption began, and we were able to successfully traction the tooth with wire mechanics, allowing all teeth to be properly aligned.

This case once again reinforced for us the significance and potential of treating skeletal discrepancies.
