【リンガルアーチ（バイヘリックス）使用】
舌側にわずか2本のワイヤーを使用することで叢生（そうせい）が改善した症例です。
ブラケットやマウスピースなどは使用していません。

内側からのこのようなシンプルな装置ですので、歯ブラシも容易にでき、虫歯のリスクを下げることができます。

成長発育を利用して上下顎のバランスを整えることで、狭かった下顎歯列に十分なスペースが確保され、歯列弓も自然な形態へと改善しました✨

Treatment with a Lingual Arch (Bi-Helix)
This case demonstrates the improvement of dental crowding using a Bi-Helix lingual arch, consisting of only two thin wires placed on the tongue side of the lower teeth.
No brackets or clear aligners were used.
Because the appliance is simple and positioned on the inside of the teeth, brushing is easier, helping reduce the risk of plaque accumulation and tooth decay.
By guiding jaw growth and improving the balance between the upper and lower jaws during development, adequate space was created in the previously constricted mandibular arch. As a result, the dental arch developed into a more natural form and the crowding was successfully resolved.
